It likes like Lulu & Neddie's little bakeshop is expanding beyond baking. We are doing more and more catering and I will post pictures soon. I have been busy with my two little boys- Neddie and Pierce. Neddie is a wonderful help in the kitchen and he has some great knife skills! These days he enjoys making pancakes and fruit salad.

Cookies

I have just dreated this blog for my cookies. This is all new to me, so please, bear with me! Lulu and Neddie's Bake SHop was born last Christmas when I was making cookies while my son, Ned, was an infant. he was usually perched on the desk in his bouncy seat watching over me as I made, baked, decorated and packaged decorated sugar cookies.

I started making cookies many many years ago, but got into making decorated sugar cookies when I was working at Fairmount Circle Gourmet in Shaker Heights. I always wondered why decorated sugar cookies were so expensive- now I know- they take a long time to decorate- and unfortunately, no time to eat.

I want to use this primarily to post pictures of the cookies that I have made. I don't have the time or money to develop a website, and someone suggested this, and this seems like a good thing. So, I am going to give it a try!
